In 2002, Western Organics took over and relocated the processing facilities of a company owned by a Mehdi Atri (see Samar Jonube). With it we inherited a solid client base of blue chip UK manufacturers, mostly buyers of Chopped Dates.

Not just Organics

Our principle activity is the import and dicing of conventional Dates from Iran. We do of course dice Organic Dates from Tunisia.

Our processing and quality systems are both simple and effective. We are unique in claiming that we do actually produce completely pit free Diced Dates. Click to see an example of a typical monitoring sheet.

We can and do dice all manner of fruits, both conventional and organic. We have a variety of dicing equipment producing various cuts and sizes.

As well as dicing we wash vine fruits, blend fruit, inspect, sieve and grade.

We are able to process nuts in a completely dedicated area and started packing products in late 2008.
