We realise that our clients have a legal duty to ensure that we meet certain standards and that they in turn must demonstrate due diligence.

It s important to us that we adequately address the needs of our clients and therefore, it is important that we demonstrate our diligent compliance with legislation and good practice. This we achieve in the following way.

1) As we are a Grade A BRC accredited company, clients can be confident that everything we do is undertaked and audited to the highest possible standards.

2) By supplying to an agreed signed specification which includes a reference to food safety legislation, combined if necessary with certificates of conformity to the agreed specification. Our supplies in conformance with specifications are backed up by production documentation that is both accurate and meaningful.

3) In order to demonstrate that we and our suppliers meet the standards demanded and legally required under current legislation, we have decided to publish our Good Manufacturing Policy here for our clients to view or download.

Our GMP is the basis of our own UK food processing activities at our site in Devon. It is also the standard by which we assess our overseas suppliers who we visit and audit on a regular basis. We are confident that after studying these documents you will be able to purchase a variety of products from us, from a variety of origins, safely, with confidence and surety.
